  7. This is a freeware simple FTP command line client for RiscOS.
  8.  
  9. It is known to work with Freenet(1 & 2) and the Acorn Stack.

  14. -  help, get, put, delete, mget, mput, delete filename, delete directory,
  15.      reget, abort, append, rename, chmod, view
  16. -  lots of other less important commands
  17. -  shortened command keywords i.e. del  instead of delete
  18. -  ability to save profiles so you can quickly return to your favourite 
  19.      FTP sites by opening a presaved profile.
  20. -  ability to run sFTP from a script to automatically connect and login.
  21. -  ability to run a text file of commands for a complete automated session.
  22. -  auto detects server timeout.
  23. -  multitasking DNS resolves
  24. -  uses the lineeditor module for command line recall

  27. Known problems :

  29. Do not login to ftp.uni-stuttgart.de if you are using freenet v1.x  It will
  30. crash your internet session.  Its possibly a fault with the freenet stack. 
  31. Freenet v2.xx does not cause the same problem.
